Our Human Resources department is in the process of updating our Telecommuting Policy and asked me to check with other cities to see how you are handling ergonomics and safe work environments while employees work at home.  Does anyone have a policy that they are willing and able to share to ensure that your employees are working safely while they telecommute?  Thanks in advance!  Sheryl
