08/04/2023 Risk Management Policy Statement

Sheila, City of Monterey

I would like to develop a Risk Management Policy for Monterey that would incorporate the purpose of RM, scope of Risk and City objectives and overview of programs that fall under RM.  I'm wondering if any of you have a sample policy you would be willing to share.  Thank you in advance!

Sheila--I have a Risk Management Manual I can send you to review to see if that is what you are looking to do.  It contains our annual policy information and some other stuff.  I will email it separately to you. Thank you
