Hello,
Our IT Department and City Manager's Office are looking for ways to make City processes more modern and accessible to the public. One specific initiative they're looking at is making more forms available electronically.
Do any Member Agencies currently allow for electronic tort claim submissions per Government Code Section 915(a)(3)? If so, what is your submission process, and what has your agency's experience been with electronic submission?
